Most engagements can be delivered remotely, with on-site visits scheduled when they add real value. Distance has never been a barrier to a well-run integration project.
Every project is scoped individually, so pricing starts with a conversation. After a short discovery call we provide a written proposal with fixed fees for defined work and clear terms for anything outside scope. There is never a surprise line item on an invoice, and any change to scope is agreed before the work is done.
Most new engagements begin within one to two weeks of a signed agreement. For urgent situations — a failed migration, a security incident, or a hard deadline — we will tell you honestly how fast we can move before you commit.
